Mapping

Public Works Agency Development Engineering section staff provides technical review of maps, legal descriptions and related documents for actions such as property subdivisions, lot line adjustments, or lot mergers, which may have been identified as required by the City’s Planning and Building Department during entitlement phase of private property land development projects. The section also reviews legal descriptions and deeds for the public right-of-way dedications, and applications for streets or alley vacations.
