Lot merger
A Lot merger combines two or more contiguous properties under common ownership. The Exhibits must be prepared, signed, dated, and stamped by a licensed Land Surveyor or a Civil Engineer authorized to practice Land Surveying in the State of California.
Initial submittal documents:
- Voluntary lot merger documents processed by the Planning and Building Agency.
- A title report current within 60 days.
- A copy of each document referenced in the exhibits such as deeds, records of survey, parcel map, etc.
- Initial review fee payment.
