Public Works Agency Development Engineering staff receives, distributes and reviews plans showing utility work including repair, removals, maintenance, and installations. This infrastructure provides all types of utility service to the City’s residents and businesses.
The plans will be reviewed and approved by the appropriate divisions of PWA. After approval, an encroachment permit can be applied for, to construct the improvements shown on the plans.
