Project Description

Applicant is proposing to construct a new 5-story residential development consisting of 188 residential units designated as senior housing. The project requires approval of a density bonus agreement (DBA), Planning Commission Site Plan Review (SPR), and an inclusionary housing agreement. The development will consist of a 4-over one podium building with 90 parking stalls.
