Project Description
The applicant proposes to re-entitle the One Broadway Plaza project to adjust the: residential unit mix and maximums, reduce minimum commercial office area while permitting other commercial uses, and lower parking requirements. An amendment to the SD-75 zoning document and additional environmental review to modify uses and development standards are required.
The project proposes a 37-story tower featuring 32 floors of approximately 602 residential apartments and nine floors of office and commercial space, along with a six-level parking garage attached to a grocery store, both of which are detached from the tower.
