Find and read the Annual Progress Reports for the General Plan and Housing Element.

What is an Annual Progress Report?

Each year the City of Santa Ana must submit an annual progress report on the status of the General Plan and progress in its implementation to their local legislative body. In compliance with Government Code Section 65400, the progress report is then submitted to the Governor's Office of Planning and Research and the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). The Annual Progress Report (APR) highlights major accomplishments and summarizes work toward implementation of goals and policies of the General Plan.

Housing Element Annual Progress Report

The City of Santa Ana must also prepare an APR on the status and progress in implementing its Housing Element in the format and on forms adopted by HCD. This Report includes a summary of Santa Ana's progress in meeting its share of the Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) for each calendar year.
