Project Description
The applicant proposes to construct a five-story mixed-use residential building with 401 market-rate rental units and wrap garage with eight levels (includes basement). The site consists of three parcels and is developed with an existing 8-story office building and surface parking. The proposed project will be developed into two phases - Phase I construction of 224 residential units, 5,818 sq. ft. of retail, and a 824-stall parking garage on the surface parking area. Phase II office demolition for construction of the remaining 177 residential units and 7,628 sq. ft. of retail. The project is a SB330 submittal, requires a Conditional Use Permit, an Inclusionary Housing Plan, and lot merger.
