Help us name our parks

Community Education Website Header Image

The City of Santa Ana is excited to continue brining new park projects and park improvements to our neighborhoods.  In an effort to build a true sense of community and ownership, the City will continue seeking assistance in proposing names for select park locations. As additional park projects begin, all naming opportunities will be listed on this page for community suggestions and votes.

Park naming opportunities

King Street urban greening project

Thank you to everyone for joining us for the official ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, July 1 at 11 a.m.  and for submitting all your pocket park name suggestions. All online and in person name submissions have been collected and we have the top four results. Vote now for your favorite name and keep an eye out for updates to see if your choice is the winner. The final day to vote will be on July 16, 2024 at 12 p.m. Voting is now closed.

We encourage everyone to visit the park to see how the vacant area was transformed with new features such as community art, new lighting, a stormwater filtration system and more! Learn more on this exciting project.
