Partners & Sponsors

Thank you for your interest in supporting City of Santa Ana’s events and programs!

Our team works year round to bring events that represent our community and celebrate heritage with a sense of pride. Our scope of programming is expansive and covers seven sections that include special events, senior services, athletics, health and wellness, youth and teens, and aquatics. There are plenty of opportunities for partners and sponsors to make contributions and help support our service driven mission. With your help, we will enhance our city-wide offerings and support Parks and Recreation.

Partners and Sponsors are an integral part of making community-focused events and programs happen in Santa Ana. Interested organizations can pick the model that best suits their needs and interests:

Partnerships

Partners have a hands on experience as they collaborate with City staff on events and programs. In-kind and financial contributions are allowable.

Sponsorships

Sponsors get to enjoy supporting events and programs knowing that their financial contributions helped bring them to life.
The partnership model is intended for those who want to:

  • Help fund and bring in-kind contributions to our events. Examples of in-kind contributions are food and beverage, entertainment, and decorations.
  • Assist in enhancing events with components such as booth activations, giveaways, demonstrations, and more!
  • Marketing acknowledgment as a partner supporting city programs and events.
  • Aligned mission statements that support community services and programs through a partnership and collaborative efforts.
 The sponsorship  model is intended for those who:

  • Assist in bringing events and programs to life through financial contributions.
  • Make an impact on city events while receiving public recognition and acknowledgment. Santa Ana City Council approves and formally recognizes all sponsorships.
  • Marketing acknowledgement and advertising opportunities as a financial supporter of city events and programs.

What's Next?

Partners and Sponsors can choose to participate on a case-by-case basis, or plan ahead and commit annually. All partnership/sponsorship levels require an agreement between the City of Santa Ana and your organization. Additional insurance may be required depending on involvement. Agreements may take up to three months to fully execute

Annual agreements will give organizations the opportunity to:

  • Streamline their participation.
  • Have a presence on the City’s website for the duration of the year.
  • Annual partnerships will also grant organizations the ability to collaborate on City programs offered at Recreation Centers.
