Project Description

Applicant is proposing to demolish an existing car wash and construct 66 new for-sale residential units (reserving 5% of the units or 4 units to be deed-restrictive affordable housing for very-low income households). The units will range from 1,617 sf to 1,881 sf and consist of 3-4 bedrooms each. Proposal also include the construction of new paseo areas, common open areas, sidewalks, and private drive aisles. Application includes a Density Bonus Agreement and a Vesting Tentative Tract Map. This project is discretionary as proposed.
