Project Description

The applicant requests approval of a Vesting Tentative Tract Map to allow the development of 188 for-sale townhomes units, supported by 407 parking spaces, common open space areas, and approximately 404 square feet of flex space fronting Cabrillo Park and Fourth Street. The proposed flex space is designed to accommodate a range of neighborhood-serving uses, such as small office spaces or art studios. In accordance with the City's Affordable Housing Opportunity and Creation Ordinance (AHOCO) requirements, the project proposes to designate five percent of the total units, equating to ten units, as affordable housing for households at the very low-income level.
