Project Description

The applicant proposes to demolish an existing two-story office building and construct 36 for-sale townhouse units in seven (7) buildings and 80 parking spaces. The three-story development proposes 10% affordable units at the moderate-income level and four (4) live-work units along N. Golden Circle Drive. The application is submitted as an SB 330 project and seeks waivers and an incentive/concession.
