Project Description

The Applicant proposes to redevelop a portion of the existing Extra Space Storage facility at 212-280 N. Sullivan and 2602 W. Fifth streets. The Project involves demolishing an existing one-story 1,214-square-foot building currently used as the rental office and manager’s apartment. A new three-story, 84,197-square-foot self-storage building will be constructed in its place, incorporating a 1,246-square-foot rental office and a 750-square-foot manager’s apartment.
