Project Description

The Applicant proposes to redevelop a portion of the existing Extra Space Storage facility at 1030 E. Fourth Street. The Project involves demolishing two one-story self-storage buildings, including the current rental office and manager’s apartment, as well as partially demolishing two additional one-story storage buildings. In their place, a new three-story self-storage building will be constructed, totaling 91,558 square feet, featuring a 1,147-square-foot rental office and a 680-square-foot manager’s apartment.
