Project Description
The applicant is proposing to construct 36, three story for sale townhome units on a 1.5 acre lot. Each unit would have an attached two-car garage with a combination of tandem and side-by-side parking and private decks/patios. Four units (10%) would be restricted for moderate-income households consistent. The project would be discretionary and require planning commission approval as it would require a tentative tract map. An Inclusionary Housing application and SB 330 application was submitted as part of this submittal.
