Project Description

Applicant proposing the construction of a 40-unit townhome development with 100 parking stall spaces (80 within a garage, 20 surface stalls), with two public plaza areas, and one interior paseo area. Townhomes will be a mix of two to four-bedroom units and be for-sale as condo units. 5 % (four) of the number of units will be restricted to moderate income households. A Density Bonus Application (DBA) is also being requested to reduce the amount of private open space required for the development. This project is discretionary as it requires the approval of a DBA, SPR, and Vesting Tentative Tract Map. Project also requires two Sunshine Meetings.
