Project Description
The applicant is proposing a for-sale residential development with 36 detached dwelling units on two existing legal lots (412-541-06; 412-541-10) approximately 2.48 acres in size. Three (3) units are proposed as very low income and three units are proposed as moderate income. The application is being submitted as an SB 330 project and seeks incentives/concessions through a Density Bonus Agreement application. The project discretionary and requires a vesting tentative tract map and a State Density Bonus Agreement.
