Project Description
The applicant is proposing to construct 30 new town homes for sale in a 1.3-acre site. Each town home will have a two-car garage, three or four bedrooms, living area, kitchen, laundry room, and private balconies. The townhomes will vary in size between 1,947 sq. ft. to 2,873 sq. ft. The project is proposing to provide two (2) affordable units at the moderate income level. As proposed, the project requires administrative approval of a Development Project (DP) review application and the Planning Commission review and approval of a tentative tract map to subdivide for condominium purposes.
