Project Description
The applicant proposes to demolish an existing warehouse building and construct 60 three-story for-sale townhome units (includes 3 live/work) in nine buildings. Development on the 3.266 acre site includes associated site improvements, 135 parking spaces, 10,577 sq. ft. of common open space, and landscaping. Three (3) units (5%) would be restricted for very-low income households. The project is discretionary and requires Planning Commission and City Council approvals for a: General Plan Amendment, zone change, tentative tract map (No. 19391), density bonus waivers and concessions, lot merger, and a State Density Bonus Agreement for 24 du/ac.
