Open government and transparency initiative

With support from the Santa Ana City Council and the City Manager, beginning in 2018, Chief David Valentin directed his management team to provide policing data as it relates to Community Complaint incidents, Use of Force incidents and Uniform Crime Reporting totals.  The Departments goal in providing this information is to increase transparency and accountability to the community we proudly serve so that we may build, strengthen and sustain community trust.
