Important notes

Please note this is to gather a list of interested car show participants and is NOT a guarantee that you will be asked to participate at the event.
Participants who fit a variety of criteria will be contacted to move thru the application process by City of Santa Ana special event staff.
Failure to provide the necessary additional documentation could lead to a cancellation of event participation.
Car show participants will be given a set time for set up and for cleanup, and being late or leaving early can affect participation in future events.
It is free to participate however; additional documentation will be required.

Application process

Complete the online application: Ensure all fields are filled out accurately.
Await confirmation: Applications will be reviewed, and selected vendors will be notified via email with further instructions.

I understand that participation is not guaranteed and that selection is based on criteria determined by event staff. If selected, I agree to submit all required documentation and any applicable payments by the specified deadlines in order to confirm my participation.

I understand, that if I arrive late to the designated cruise meeting point, I will not be allowed to participate in the car show. I agree to remain at the event site for the full duration of the event and will not leave early. Additionally, I understand that I must vacate the event space promptly at the conclusion of the event to allow for a smooth and efficient cleanup process.
