Important notes

  • Please note this is to gather a list of interested car show participants and is NOT a guarantee that you will be asked to participate at the event.
  • Participants who fit a variety of criteria will be contacted to move thru the application process by City of Santa Ana special event staff.
  • Failure to provide the necessary additional documentation could lead to a cancellation of event participation.
  • Car show participants will be given a set time for set up and for cleanup, and being late or leaving early can affect participation in future events.
  • It is free to participate however; additional documentation will be required.

Application process

  1. Complete the online application: Ensure all fields are filled out accurately.
  2. Await confirmation: Applications will be reviewed, and selected vendors will be notified via email with further instructions.

Applications will be open May 23 through July 28 at 5 p.m.
