The Santa Ana Jail provides incarcerated persons with free and confidential access to Waymakers, a community-based organization that offers critical support services, including counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy for individuals affected by trauma, abuse, or other personal challenges. Waymakers’ role is to promote healing, provide resources, and help individuals navigate difficult circumstances in a constructive manner. The Santa Ana Jail does not record or monitor any telephone calls made to Waymakers, ensuring that communication remains private and protected.
