Police Strategic Plan
The 2019-2024 Five-Year Strategic Plan is a framework that is intended to complement and directly support the broader citywide Strategic Plan. This Strategic Plan builds on the Community-Oriente Policing Philosophy, in that it identifies what our community expects us to accomplish. Essentially, the Philosophy spells out “how” we will provide police services and the Strategic Plan clearly states “what” we will focus on as a Department.
