Join us in celebrating the start of the holiday season and supporting local businesses, as we light a tree right in the heart of downtown Santa Ana. This free community event is open to all and will feature:
- Live entertainment
- Photo opportunities with Santa
- A tree lighting ceremony
- Arts and crafts

5:00 p.m. Welcome and holiday trivia
5:20 p.m. Santa arrives at Plaza Calle Cuatro
5:30 p.m. Tree lighting
6:00 p.m. Performance: Folclor mi Mexico
6:30 p.m. Trivia/ raffle/ holiday games
7:00 p.m. Performance: Ballet Folklórico Renacimiento
7:30 p.m. Raffle / holiday games
7:50 p.m. Holiday dance party
Community performer applications
Applications will be open October 7, 2025 - November 7, 2025 at 5 p.m.
To participate as a community performer, an application must be submitted. While performances are completely voluntary, they provide a wonderful opportunity to showcase community groups and local talent.
- A completed application is required for any group or individual wishing to perform.
- City staff will review applications and select performers; not all applicants will be invited, and selected groups will be contacted with next steps.
- Community performances are free, 20–30 minutes in length, with final scheduling determined by City staff.
