2. Choose your impact with Grand, Main or Standard events and programs

Events and programs are grouped by expected attendance and named after some of Santa Ana's most iconic streets.  Each category offers unique ways to engage and support Santa Ana residents. Select opportunities that best align with your goals and help reach your desired audience.

  • Grand event: Over 15,000 attendees - maximize visibility at our largest, marquee event
  • Main events: 2,000 - 15,000 attendees - engage with a broad community audience
  • Standard events and programs: ewer than 2,000 attendees - connected with targeted groups and community programs

3. Select your level on involvement and visibility

After choosing your events and programs, explore the level of involvement that's right for you. Each level provides flexibility aligned with your goals and budget, offering tiered benefits and pricing based on event category.

  • Foundation level: Entry level with essential benefits
  • Headline level: Mid-tier package with added visibility
  • Title level: Premium package with maximum benefits and marketing support

4. Participate per event or commit annually

All partnership and sponsorship collaborations require a formal agreement with the City of Santa Ana, and additional insurance may be required based on involvement. Please allow up to three months for full agreement processing.

Annual agreements offer organizations the opportunity to

  • Streamline participation.
  • Maintain year-round presence on the City’s website.
  • Collaborate on City recreation center programs (for annual partners only).
