Delhi Library is open!

The new Delhi Library Branch is located inside the Delhi Center. Check out our new branch as it includes:

  • Innovative glass storefront-style entrance, modern furniture, interior finishes and fixtures
  • Special "Knowledge Bar" area to assist patrons with technology and information needs
  • New outdoor patio with play features and extra space for library programs, events, and activities

Cover to Cover Fall Reading Program

Register for the Cover to Cover Fall Reading Program to earn a food certificate for a free hamburger from In-N-Out for every 5 books or 5 hours you read, or someone reads to you. Visit the Delhi Library or Knowledge Mobile park stops to register in person beginning Saturday, October 4, 2025. The last day to register and claim food certificates is Saturday, November 15. Big changes are coming to our local libraries! The Newhope Library will undergo an exciting renovation anticipated to begin July 2. Visit our page to more about this project and where to find library services near you.

Visit the new Delhi Library branch! Library Services and programs are also available at various community centers throughout Santa Ana including Jerome, Roosevelt, Garfield, and El Salvador Community Center.

National Native American Heritage Month gives an opportunity to reflect on our shared nation’s history and honor the Tribal Nations and tribal citizens.

The Knowledge Mobile features free public WI-FI, computers, gaming, STEAM technologies and much more.

Come hang out at TeenTime, a safe space where you can study, do homework, learn a new craft, play games, or watch your favorite movies. Teens and tweens are welcome.

STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) learning for youth and families.
