Foreclosure / vacant property information

Santa Ana City  desires to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of the citizens through the maintenance of structures and properties in the community.  Properties that are neglected and unsecured have a negative impact on the community and create conditions that invite criminal activity. Oftentimes, foreclosure parties or  property owners are out of state which makes it difficult to notice the proper party of violations and maintain the adequate level of maintenance and security on such structures or lots. To minimize these negative impacts, Santa Ana City  has established a property registration process that will identify a contact person to address violations for vacant properties and for properties in the foreclosure process.

Effective June 1st, 2023 , the City of Santa Ana is no longer affiliated with ProChamps.
