South Coast Air Quality Management District

South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) is the regulatory agency responsible for improving air quality for large areas of Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties, including the Coachella Valley.  The region is home to more than 17 million people–about half the population of the entire state of California.

South Coast AQMD’s Office of Legislative and Public Affairs’ regional outreach staff is assigned on a geographic basis to provide outreach to, and assist local government agencies throughout the South Coast Air Basin. The F.I.N.D  application provides access to consolidated public information about regulated facilities. This information includes facility details, equipment lists, compliance history, reported emissions, and hearing board case details.
