2023 marked the 35th Annual Most Beautiful Yard Celebration where 17 winners from homes in 17 neighborhoods were recognized at the Com-Link Awards Recognition Night on Thursday, June 22, 2023.
Each winner received their Most Beautiful Yard sign to display in their front yard along with a set and Certificates of Recognition by the City and other elected offices. The selection committee included three members of the Com-Link Board and one longtime neighborhood volunteer – Desi Reyes from the Saddleback View neighborhood association. City staff from the Planning Division worked with the committee to review landscaping guidelines, etc.

Com-Link celebrated the 2023 Neighborhood Hero Awards on June 22, 2023 where 17 community members (all volunteers) were recognized for their tireless dedication and phenomenal impact they have made toward improving the quality of their neighborhoods.
