Youth Employers

The Santa Ana youth employment programs have a variety of employers providing work experience to the Santa Ana youth. Our worksites range from public sector, private sector, and non-profit organizations. Wages and workers compensation are covered through program funding. There are zero out-of-pocket costs to our employers. Eligible youth participants will be Santa Ana residents, ages 16-30 years old, and have their right-to-work documents. Through our youth employment programs employers are able to provide work experience to our future workforce and directly impact our Santa Ana community.

If you are interested in becoming a worksite for our youth employment programs please complete our worksite pledge form. The pledge form will create a job position as a program partner. Your pledge to create a job position through our youth employment programs will give our youth participants the opportunity to select the position created and gain training, mentorship, and work experience.
