Our programs and partnership with the Employment Development Department (EDD) help grow businesses by connecting them with qualified job applicants and offering wage subsidies.

The WORK Center can help you find qualified candidates for open positions you'd like to fill quickly to keep your business running smoothly. We provide no-cost business services to help employers hire, train, and retain qualified applicants as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Rapid response

If you are a business that is facing layoffs or closure, the WORK Center's Rapid Response team can partner with you to ensure a smooth transition for your business and employees. Our Rapid Response team provides immediate on-site or virtual services to help workers face job losses.
