The Information Technology Department is an Internal Service department within the City of Santa Ana organization. The department has 30 staff members and an operating budget of approximately $10M, we are organized into three main divisions – Administration, Applications & Infrastructure Services. We are a full service organization providing a centralized resource for technology deployment and support throughout the City.

In the spirit of transparency, openness, and compliance with State Law, the City of Santa Ana discloses a list of its enterprise information technology systems.

The GIS section provides geospatial content and solutions to all agencies of the city.

To gain insight into the current state of broadband and need for future connectivity, the City of Santa Ana conducted a broadband survey among businesses and residents.
