Can I phone in to bid?

Phone bids are not accepted.

What are the requirements if I win the bid?

For all auctions, payment is required the same day. Items purchased must be removed by appointment only by contacting the personnel/location specified on the hauler slip.

Does it cost me anything to register?

There is no fee to register. However, there is a buyer premium, which is 15% of the selling price of the item.

How do I register to bid?

Bidders must register online at https://www.jjkane.com . All bidders must be over 18.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Certified Funds (money orders, wire transfers, cashiers and traveler’s checks). Personal or Company Checks – Valid driver’s license is required. Credit and Debit Cards - Note: Credit and debit cards can be used for purchases up to $10,000 per customer per sale.

Can I get a refund or exchange on the bid item?

No. All items are sold as is. All sales are final.

If I want to bid on a vehicle, can I drive it before I bid on it?

No. Due to insurance regulations, bidders are not permitted to drive the vehicles.

When can I see the surplus items auctions?

Bidders may view the items online the date of the scheduled auction.
