Trash and recycling collection delayed

Due to labor issues at Republic Services, trash and recycling collection in Santa Ana has been delayed this week. Street sweeping will take place as scheduled. Residents in impacted areas should leave trash carts on the curb (not the street) until they have been serviced.  Read more

Is there a waiver I can apply for?

Penalty waivers may be requested and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Requests for waivers of any kind are not guaranteed to be approved.

What if my bill is much higher than expected?

Please contact our office at (714) 647-5454 to determine if your meter needs to be checked. If the meter is damaged, the City will cover the costs of repair.
