Revive Santa Ana Resident Stimulus Program

The City of Santa Ana distributed $300 prepaid Visa debit cards to Santa Ana rental households in areas with poverty rates of 42% and above. Approximately 18,000 households received the assistance.
Who qualified to receive a card?
Rental units in Census tracts with poverty rates above Santa Ana’s median poverty rate of 42% (based on the Orange County Equity Map) qualified to receive a prepaid card. One card is provided per rental unit. The City identified the addresses through its database of rental properties enrolled in the City’s Proactive Rental Enforcement Program (PREP), for which all Santa Ana landlords are required to sign up.

Stimulus card recipients can find a list of local businesses offering discounts to anyone using the Revive Santa Ana card at https://www.santa-ana.org/ShopLocal.
Business participation
Santa Ana businesses are invited to participate in the Revive Santa Ana Shop Local Campaign by offering a promotion or discount to Santa Ana residents using a City issued pre-paid Visa card. Sign up at https://bit.ly/3InmiGo.
