Revive Santa Ana resident stimulus program

The City of Santa Ana is distributing $6 million in prepaid Visa debit cards to households in areas with high rates of poverty in Santa Ana.  Approximately 20,000 rental units will receive a prepaid card valued at $300 that can be spent at any business that accepts Visa.

Who qualifies to receive a card?

Rental units in Census tracts with poverty rates above Santa Ana’s median poverty rate of 42% (based on the Orange County Equity Map) qualify to receive a prepaid card. One card is provided per rental unit.

The City has identified the addresses through its database of rental properties enrolled in the City’s Proactive Rental Enforcement Program (PREP), for which all Santa Ana landlords are required to sign up. Landlords can learn more about PREP here.

How will I receive the card?

The City distributed prepaid Visa debit cards cards door-to-door in December.

I did not receive the card. How do I qualify?

Residents that live in a rental unit in an eligible area (blue in map below) who's household has not received a prepaid Visa debit card, may contact the Revive team to request a card. The revive team will review eligibility for the household, and if eligible will provide you with next steps to pick up a card.
