The Community Development Agency is responsible for providing services in the area of economic development, job training, affordable housing, and downtown development. The Agency plans, develops and administers programs to accomplish the public policy goals of the Santa Ana City Council, Santa Ana Housing Authority and Workforce Investment Board.

Our Commission meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 4:30 p.m.

Art programs, cultural programming, Arts and Culture Commission, and more.

The advisory body that makes recommendations on how we spend federal housing and community development dollars on programs and projects.

Business grants, training, downtown, employment, and more.

Shelter, permanent supportive housing, and trauma-informed connections to get people housing.

Rental assistance, housing vouchers, Section 8, and more.

Facilitating housing development throughout Santa Ana and offering financial assistance for homeownership.

Administering the Rent Stabilization and Just Cause Ordinance for rental properties in the City of Santa Ana

Regulatory and bureaucratic stuff.

Employment, job training, and counseling.
