You will be given two opportunities to attend an orientation and/or eligibility interview. If you miss these appointments, and did not make prior alternative arrangements with SAHA, your name will automatically be removed from the 2022 HCV Waiting List. There is no preference for people experiencing homelessness for the 2022 HCV Waiting List. 7,500 names will be randomly selected from the entire pool of applicants.
SAHA will reopen the Waiting List after the 7,500 applicants have been pulled off of the 2022 HCV Waiting List. Based on the level of program funding it is expected to take five to seven years to serve all 7,500 applicants.
