Trash and recycling collection delayed

Due to labor issues at Republic Services, trash and recycling collection in Santa Ana has been delayed this week. Street sweeping will take place as scheduled. Residents in impacted areas should leave trash carts on the curb (not the street) until they have been serviced.  Read more

How do I dispute charges appearing on my Municipal Utility Services statement?

If you disagree with the amount of your billing, you must submit an appeal by the due date printed on your bill. The City will investigate your claim and will notify you of the outcome.
