Alberto Donjuan’s intent in this utility box design was to “demonstrate that not too long ago the place in which we stand used to be nothing but dirt and cattle. With the dedication of the people the city was able to grow and prosper, both economically and culturally. The project will showcase the perspective of Saint Anne as if to say there is still more to come and achieve, have faith.”
