Project Description:

The applicant is proposing to construct 30 new town homes in a 1.329 acre site. Each town home will have a two car garage, four bedrooms, living area, kitchen, laundry room, and private balconies. Ten town homes will be 3,908 sq. ft., five town homes will be 4,275 sq. ft. and the remaining fifteen town homes will be 4,265 sq. ft. The project is ministerial and requires administrative approval of the Development Project Review (DP).
