Project Description:

The owner of 4006, 4010, and 4018 West Hazard Avenue (APN: 100-261-18, 100-261-19, and 100-261-20) with thirteen (13) single-family homes and a 3,500 square-foot religious temple. The site is located in the Specific Development No. 53 (SD-53) zoning district and has a General Plan land use designation of Low Medium Density Residential (LMR). As proposed, the project is discretionary and requires approval of a Development Project application, Tentative Tract Map, Conditional Use Permit, and Amendment Application to amend SD-53.
