Virtual Community Workshop Experience
Dive into a virtual self-guided workshop to learn about regulations that guide development and share your ideas and concerns with the Comprehensive Zoning Code Update team. The virtual workshop mirrors the Round 1 Community Workshops that took place last summer. If you were not able to attend or if you would like to share more, this is your opportunity to influence new regulations. Please click on the link below to engage.
Future Events
Future events include a Planning Commission Study Session, Round 2 Community Workshops, Planning Commission Workshops, Round 3 Community Workshops, Planning Commission Public Hearing, and City Council Public Hearings.
During the second round of workshops, participants will have the opportunity to review preliminary draft recommendations for new zoning districts, permitted uses, standards, and application processes. During the third round of workshops, the project team will present the draft Comprehensive Zoning Code Update prior to the formal public hearing portion of the decision-making process.
