Zoning Code Update Workshop: Development and Design Standards

We want to hear from you! The City is holding a series of workshops to talk about updating our rules (the Zoning Code) for land use and development. This is the second series and will build on public input received during workshops held in July and November 2024.

This workshop will focus on ways to create modern development and design standards that result in high-quality neighborhoods and vibrant commercial districts aligned with the City’s vision. If you’re interested in learning more and sharing your thoughts, participate in the workshop and check out the project webpage!
