Future Dog Park Community Meeting 4_10_23

Santa Ana neighbors are invited to an in-person community meeting with the City of Santa Ana
Public Works Agency to review the proposed sculpture design ideas and help name the first
ever dog park in Santa Ana.  The final concept design showcases the ideas that the
community requested.

The future dog park will offer two separate off-leash spaces for small and large dogs to roam
free, as well as a space for older dogs or dogs with disabilities.  Park benches will be
constructed throughout the site along with shade components. Other improvements will include
a dog wash station, security lighting, drinking fountains with pet bowls, waste bag dispensers,
irrigation, dog play/agility features, and drought-tolerant planting.

The community meeting details are as follows:

Saturday, April 15, 2023
9:30 a.m. – 11 a.m.
3000 W. Edinger Avenue in the City of Santa Ana
Reservation Office in Centennial Park

All dogs are welcome!
