The Communication Linkage Forum (or “Com-Link for short) strives to promote positive leadership, community participation, unity and pride in all neighborhoods by improving the quality of life in Santa Ana “block-by-block”. The Com-Link General Meeting will be on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Santa Ana Police Department Community Room located at 60 Civic Center Plaza. Social hour with snacks and refreshments begins at 5:30 p.m. Parking validation will be provided.
