Welcome to Fooville (Event hours: 2–10 p.m.):
- E. 4th Street and N. Birch Street
Patches & Pins Expo (Event hours: noon to 11 p.m.):
- W. 4th Street and N. Bush Street
- W. 4th Street and N. Spurgeon Street
- W. 4th Street and N. French Street
