Background and experience
Brandon Salvatierra is a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Santa Ana and works in both the Transactions and Litigation Groups. Mr. Salvatierra drafts and reviews contracts for the various City departments, drafts ordinances and resolutions for the City Council, and represents the City and its departments in civil litigation.
Mr. Salvatierra joined the City Attorney’s Office in 2021. While in law school, Mr. Salvatierra interned for the Small Business Administration and clerked for the City Attorney’s Office. Prior to joining the City Attorney’s Office as an attorney, Mr. Salvatierra was Tax Law consultant at Deloitte Tax Partners, LLP.

Education
Mr. Salvatierra received his his Juris Doctorate, Magna Cum Laude, from Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law, his Master of Business Administration from Chapman University’s Argyros School of Business and Economics, and his Bachelor of Arts in Business Systems and Operations Management from Marymount California University. During law school, he served as an Articles Editor for the Chapman Law Review as well as a participating member of the Moot Court competition team.
