Cannabis in Santa Ana
The City of Santa Ana regulates commercial cannabis activity through two ordinances.
- Chapter (Measure BB) allows the retail sale of cannabis for medicinal purposes
- Chapter 40 allows the retail sale of cannabis for adult-use purposes, as well as adult-use and medicinal cultivation, distribution, manufacturing, and laboratory testing.
