There is no fee to register. However, there is a buyer premium, which is 15% of the selling price of the item.
What are the requirements if I win the bid?
For all auctions, payment is required the same day. Items purchased must be removed by appointment only by contacting the personnel/location specified on the hauler slip.

Certified Funds (money orders, wire transfers, cashiers and traveler’s checks).
Personal or Company Checks – Valid driver’s license is required.
Credit and Debit Cards – Note: Credit and debit cards can be used for purchases up to $10,000 per customer per sale.
When can I see the surplus items auctions?
Bidders may view the items online the date of the scheduled auction.
Can I get a refund or exchange on the bid item?
No. All items are sold as is. All sales are final.
Who can bid on the surplus items?
Any registered bidder over 18 years of age may bid at the auction.
If I want to bid on a vehicle, can I drive it before I bid on it?
No. Due to insurance regulations, bidders are not permitted to drive the vehicles.
