Help the City of Santa Ana’s Planning and Building Agency shape Santa Ana’s future and dive into a virtual self-guided community workshop. Learn about regulations that guide development and provide your input.

Share your ideas and concerns with the Comprehensive Zoning Code Update team. The virtual workshop mirrors the Round One Community Workshops that were recently completed. If you were unable to attend or if you have more to share, this is your opportunity to influence new regulations.

The virtual workshop:

  • Includes an overview of the General Plan and Zoning,
  • Describes how the Zoning Code can transform development,
  • Inquires about preferences for design and development standards,
  • Poses questions about the creation of complete neighborhoods and districts, and
  • Shares information and invites participants to give input about noxious uses.

The Comprehensive Zoning Code Update involves changing regulations to achieve the City’s vision, preserve and enhance quality of life, and provide places for businesses to thrive.

Your input matters! Feedback received will inform the creation of new zoning districts, permitted and prohibited uses, development and design standards, and application processes.

The workshop is also available in Spanish, Vietnamese, and Khmer.

We look forward to hearing from you! For more information, link to the project website.
